Culinary stuff

As you all probably know, I'm in the culinary arts program in school. I work in the pastry part of it. Here's a few of the desserts we've made.

Stuff

So sorry I haven't posted on my blog in a long time, guys!
Well let's see...what's been going on in my life? It's my senior year in high school now and basically...how should I describe it...oh. Senioritis. That pretty much sums up how school has been. Or at least, that's how I've been. Very senioritis-acty. :P That's probably why I haven't posted since summer...
So, before school started, Cody and I got ourselves leopard geckos! Unfortunately now, they're not doing so great. Actually, just Cody's isn't doing so great. Mine's runnin' around in Heaven now, so he's doing just fine. Sorry for making light of this sad subject, but don't get me wrong, I miss him a lot...his name was King.

And here's Ziggy, Cody's female gecko.

School's started! My senior year! I can't believe it! I'm a freakin' senior! Here's my fun senior stuff.

It says "Senior" and "Flute".
And the back says "Allen Eagles" And yes, if you look at my face, that's my tongue stickin' out.
Culinary patch and art patch.

It's Homecoming time! I didn't actually go to the school dance, but my friend made up a Mormon Homecoming that a lot of us went to. It was a lot of fun. :)

Now it's Halloween and you know what that means...Boo Bowl! The whole marching band dresses in costumes! This year, I was Pikachu. ^.^

My awesome pumpkin carving. I think I imitated it pretty well, right?

Thanksgiving! I love this time because that means David and Sammy's house!! Yay! It was so much fun seeing almost everyone there, I look forward to it all the time. BONANZA!

Lovely Cheez-its in his mouth.

      It's Christmastime!!!

Christmas show (last marching show I'll participate in...). State game at Cowboy Stadium! Look, I'm on the big screen!

And here's one of the awesomest things I've been to............BRIAN REGAN! Ye-ah!!!! It was so awesome seeing him in person! We got front row seats, right in the middle! Front and center! He was hilarious (as always) and once he walked on stage, I started freaking out. Cause I had no idea what I was there to see. It was a surprise from Mom and Dad. And let me just say, it was a pretty awesome surprise. :)

It's time to see baby Juliet! That means we're going to Wisconsin! It was so fun to be at Jeffrey and Debbie's house. Jeffrey, me, Knightley, and Mason all went sledding together. It was so much fun! I've never sled until then. I'm so glad I could go with them. :)

It's so beautiful there.

Then, about a month later, baby Scotty was born! So we got to visit David and Sammy and their kids again!

Alright, here's a fun adventure! About a month ago, there was a really bad storm that came through. Golf ball-sized hail and tornadoes (though I don't think any tornadoes hit Allen). And I was at work. Guess what happened? We had to close down and go to the back in the fridge and freezer. It was actually really fun! xD We were stuck at Chick-fil-a! It didn't last long though, but it was awesome being in the back with all my friends. :)

Mormon Prom. One of my best friend's little brother asked me to Mormon Prom. He's a sophomore. We had an extremely nice dinner by one of the sisters in our ward, and then our group went to take pictures. We then arrived at the dance and it was a lot of fun!

It's Easter! Unfortunately, Dad was out of town for Easter, but he was here for the eggs-dying!

Happy Easter!

Corpus Christi time! My last band spring trip... The people I roomed with I didn't know. I think that was a good glimpse at what college will be like. There were 4 other people, one a senior, one a junior, and two sophomores. I met two of them before, cause they play the flute, but I barely knew them. I was a little nervous at first, going into a room where no one knew each other, but we all became friends so fast. The first night we got there, we ate macaroni and cheese...and I'll admit, after lights out. The next night, once again, after lights out (we're such rebels), we had our own little dance party, played a guessing game, and then ate Reese's Puffs while listening to the Reese's Puffs rap. Oh, good times, good times. There was one night for senior's only when we went to a place called Fun Trackers, which is an arcade place and it has go-karts, bumper cars, and mini golf, too. So Victoria (the other senior in my room) and I went together and had a blast! The next night there was dinner and a dance. That was a lot of fun, too!

We're totally models.

Ready to go to the dance!

This is at the dance.

Alright, I know you guys want to hear about prom, but I'm going to save that for next week's post. I've decided that I'm going to try to post something every week, whether it's just a picture or actually a post about some sort of event that's happened. So make sure to keep checking my blog! :)
