Many things can happen in 4 months...

...like going through dogs like water.
Yup, the bad news is, we got rid of Rolo. She was too much too handle for me in school while she was in her puppy stage. It made me super sad to get rid of her, but I knew it would be better for both of us.

So about a week or so later, we got another dog, which only lasted for about 2 days. She shed. That's why we got rid of her. She was a Chihuahua (which we were absolutely not planning on getting, we just saw her and wanted her.) Her name was Pixie. She wasn't that soft, and she shed. She was really well-behaved, or maybe that's just because she was afraid, so she didn't want to make us mad. I didn't bond with her very much in those 2 days, but Mom kind of did.

Last but definitely not least, after we got rid of Pixie, we got Lulu, our Schnauzer. I think she's going to stick with us for the rest of her life. She's a really good dog and she's very pretty. She's about 2 years old, and we got her about 2 1/2 months ago. When we got her, she already knew sit and shake. I've always wanted a dog that knew shake! She also must have kind of knew stay, because she learned it fast when we were teaching her. She still plays with toys and it's so cute. It's really funny when she chases her toys, because she's 14 pounds, not 8, like Rolo, so she pounds the ground when she gets her toys. She's so loud. She's a good dog though. She also snorts a lot. It's hilarious! She'll just sigh and it sounds like a snort. She'll also chase the vacuum. I have no clue why. She even tries to bite it! You probably won't be seeing anymore emails or new blog posts from me about a new dog. Yaaay! See what I mean about going through dogs like water?

In October, for the Boo Bowl in band, I dressed up as a watermelon. I look so cute!

Last month, during the week of Thanksgiving, I went through all of my clothes. Look at this pile! Apparently I'm a gorilla because I have long arms, and most of the sleeves on my long sleeve shirts are too short.

We are doing 12 days, meaning we leave gifts at a family's house without them seeing us, like "With 12 days till Christmas...12 Christmas Carols." The carols are just Christmas songs. On the first night, I was going alone, and I had the CD and when I got to the door, I knocked and ran. While still holding the gift. Right when I reached the car, I realized that I still had it. Mom and Dad will never let me forget that. We drove around for about 10 minutes, and then I tried again, leaving a giggling Mom and Dad. On the second night I did it by myself too, and when I ran back to the car I fell. Because of the curb. On the third night, I did it with Trevin, and I twisted my ankle On Thursday night, when Cody got home, Trevin, Cody, and I were all going up to the porch. I was holding the present and right when I finished putting it down, the porch light turned on, and the door opened. It was scary! We almost got caught! The family has little kids, so of course they want to catch us. Never again will we let that happen. This is the most eventful 12 days I've ever done.
Just yesterday, I got a new flute!! It's so pretty and shiny, I don't even want to touch it. I only want to look at it. I've looked at it about 10 times, and if I ever see a tiny fingerprint or something on my flute I gasp and immediately I wipe it off.
It's so pretty! Don't touch it!

I'm so excited for this whole week! So much is happening! I'm going to Six Flags on Wednesday, Jeffrey and Debbie are coming Thursday, Friday is Christmas Eve (I get to play my new flute!), and Saturday, well you know. I'm very excited. This will also be Lulu's first Christmas with us! Same with Mallie and Mason.
I love Christmas time!
